Pucsinwah

Pucsinwah was named after a great Shawnee War Chief whose name meant "Hard Striker." He led the Shawnee to may victories in the late 1700's and served as the personal bodyguard of the famous Cherokee Indian Sequoyah. Killed in the battle of Point Pleasant, Pucsinwah is also remembered as the father of the famous Tecumseh.

Pucsinwah, was born on our farm to the HOA foundation mare Little Star Sparkling and our East/West cross stallion Dancin' Hawk.

"Puc" as a newborn with his dam Little Star Sparkling.

"Puc" broke his leg as a youngster and was never ridden. Possessing the conformation, temperament, and refinement that we were looking for in a stallion, the decision was made to keep him for our breeding program.

"Puc" is no longer with us but his legacy lives on in his sons and daughters. "Puc" crossed very well with our mare Shady Lady. We retained the only colt from the cross, Dancin' Fire, as a herd sire and kept two geldings
from other mares as riding horses for two of our grandsons.
